At TimeScape, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your fashion pieces aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the unworn items with original tags attached into the original packaging and secure it with the provided prepaid shipping label.

  Drop Off Shipment

  Take your package to any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup through our returns portal.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
